[What you will be working on]

You will be responsible for a range of secretariat and administrative support, including the following:

• Assist in coordination of meetings such as scheduling, preparation of meeting materials, documents and logistics, and other related duties to ensure that Principal is prepared for the necessary meetings and events.
• Manage the Principal's schedule in consultation with other stakeholders to ensure smooth transition between meetings/appointments.
• Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Provide end-to-end coordination support for overseas official trips

[What we are looking for]

Requirements:

• [Administration Management] Proven relevant experience as a Personal Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior management;
• [Secretariat Support] Able to work independently and bring strong organisational and time-management skills to all secretariat functions relating to the Principal;
• [Stakeholder Management] Work with relevant stakeholders at various levels, obtaining necessary inputs and ensuring seamless coordination across meetings and appointments;
• [Adaptability] Professional, resilient and well-organised, able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high standards of efficiency, confidentiality and professionalism.
