Within the department of Global Football, we support top talent, clubs and partners around the world. To strengthen our team in Copenhagen, we are looking for a Personal Assistant, to support the management team across all organisational and administrative matters.

Personal Assistant:

As Personal Assistant, you will be a key member of our Copenhagen team, playing an important role in enabling the management team to work efficiently and effectively. You will act as a central point of contact between management, the wider team our players and external partners, ensuring that day-to-day operations run smoothly. Maintaining all sales coordinating activities nationally and abroad between players, agents and clubs.

What You’ll Do

• Provide proactive and independent support to the management team in day-to-day operations
• Plan, organise, prepare for and follow up on meetings, calls and video conferences
• Create, edit and manage presentations, documents and reports using Microsoft Office
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders in both Danish and English
• Support projects within the Football Management business
• Support players, mainly the ones abroad, for them to focus on the pitch.
• Proactively contribute to the wider team and help develop efficient ways of working

What We’re Looking For

• Completed commercial/vocational training or an equivalent qualification
• Excellent written and spoken Danish and English
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Excellent organisational skills, with a structured approach to work and a high level of discretion
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
• A high degree of flexibility and willingness to travel (if needed)
• A passion for sport, ideally football
