All’interno della Direzione “Programmes Group Office”, MBDA Italia SpA è alla ricerca di un “Governance Support Officer per i team Export Operations Italy, CAMM-ER e Aster Systems ”.

Titolo di studio richiesto:

• Diploma di maturità

Esperienza professionale (indicare il tipo di esperienza richiesta e gli anni minimi e massimi di esperienza)

• Supporto amministativo - 0-3 anni
• Attività di segreteria (qualsiasi settore): 0-3 anni

Attività previste per il ruolo:

La Risorsa prescelta si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

• Support preparation of meetings at Sector level on a monthly basis:
  • Identify and involve concerned participants, monitoring and collecting their contributions
  • Prepare the final data-pack
  • Track actions and recommendations raised during the meetings
• Support Procurement process (on call):
  • Create purchase requests
  • Manage relations with procurement organization and SAP specialists
  • Track purchase orders and goods delivery
• Coordinate authorization process for business travels of projects and Sector resources:
  • Monitor and collect contributions from involved resources / departments
  • Create and manage the overall travels database
• Support project teams to manage national and international shipments
  • Creation and management of internal shipment requests
  • Interface with storage departments / forwarders / security office / …
• Overall business support to the Sector team in:
  • Meetings organization
  • PoC for DRM tool
  • Travels organization
  • Management of formal correspondence and related archive
  • Translations
  • Organization of meetings with Customers including board & lodging when applicable
  • Support to the Gift & Hospitality procedure
  • Team center for formal law accomplishments (e.g. Dlgs 231/01)
  • Delegation of personal approvals in SAP (timetable, business trips, cost accounts)

Conoscenze linguistiche:

• English (CEFR, level C1)
