Overview

The Sales Support Administrator closely with the Sales Organization (Sales Director, RSM, & BDC”s) Inside Sales, Customer Service, Business Manager, District Sales Support, and the Operations Team (RD, DM, OM & PM) to ensure that administrative processes are being followed for our current and future customers.  

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare and Process Contracts/Addendums which includes Supersede contracts, addendums, repeat one time renewal contracts and service selling contracts

• Monitor any incoming emails to assist with requests for certificate of insurance, and invoice issues

• Assist with requests for any W9’s and RFPs

• Assist with contract updates or any salesforce updates

• Salesforce administrative duties by creating opportunity, service definitions, asset, and any new accounts added to the system

• Update contact information and account names in Salesforce

• Update POs to closed/won opportunities

Candidate Requirements

• Working knowledge of Salesforce.com and Google Workspace

• Professional Office Environment

Education

● High school diploma or GED, college preferred 

Experience

● Experience with Salesforce and Google Workspace

● Has a strong ‘Customer’ Focus

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions with clients and internal departments.

• Exceptional time management and the ability to multitask in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

• Precision in data entry and contract preparation to avoid errors in invoicing or customer records.

Base Pay Range

While starting pay falls within the given range, it can vary based on factors like geographic location, skills, education, and experience. Total earnings may also be affected by overtime, incentives, commissions, performance, and route assignment (where applicable).
