As a Performance Marketing Manager, you'll be a key player in our user acquisition team, owning and optimizing high-performing campaigns across digital channels, including DSPs (e.g., Appier, Liftoff, Unity), paid social and search (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, ASA).

You'll put AI tools and automation to work cutting down on repetitive tasks, sharpening your insights and helping campaigns scale more efficiently. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teammates in creative, product and analytics to bring best-in-class growth strategies to life - with plenty of support along the way as you grow.

This role is 100% remote and open to candidates based in Germany, Spain, Portugal or the UK.

YOUR MISSION

• Launch, manage and scale user acquisition campaigns across one or more channels, with a focus on DSPs (e.g., AppLovin, Appier, Liftoff, Unity) and experience in other channels like Meta Ads, Google Ads, ASA, TikTok, and similar platforms

• Analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities and run structured tests to drive efficiency and impact

• Use AI tools and automation to take repetitive tasks off your plate - from reporting to bulk campaign changes - so you can focus on strategy and results

• Provide actionable insights to the creative team based on ad performance and user behavior data

• Help spot measurement gaps and work with product, web and analytics teams to improve tracking and attribution

• Support scalable workflows: naming conventions, tracking setup, reporting, knowledge documentation, etc.

• Stay curious about MarTech and AI trends, and bring new tools or features to the team to continuously improve how we work

YOUR PROFILE

We know few candidates check every box below, but if you're excited about this role and bring most of what we're looking for, we'd still love to hear from you.

• 2–5 years of experience managing and scaling user acquisition campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, ASA, TikTok, or DSPs like Appier or AppLovin)

• A curious, analytical mindset - comfortable working with ROAS, CPA, conversion funnels and attribution data, or eager to build that muscle

• Genuine interest in AI tools and automation, and how they can cut out repetitive work and improve campaign outcomes

• Familiarity with attribution tools (GA4 and/or MMPs); DSP experience specifically is a plus

• A structured, solution-oriented thinker who takes initiative and enjoys ownership

• Team-oriented with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Nice to have: experience with campaign workflow or reporting automation (bulk tools, scripts, dashboards, SQL), and/or fluency in French or Dutch
