The Role

As a member of the Asset Management Human Resources organization, you will join the Asset Management Talent Development team and serve as the lead Performance Consultant for the Asset Management Technology and Asset Management Finance organizations. You will also lead the Asset Management Skills of the Future initiative.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting learning and performance needs analyses to identify capability gaps and business opportunities.
• Designing, developing, and implementing learning and talent solutions aligned with strategic business goals.
• Creating and maintaining multi-year learning roadmaps for Asset Management Technology and Asset Management Finance.
• Establishing measurement strategies and evaluating program effectiveness through meaningful metrics and reporting.
• Managing external learning vendors and ensuring successful solution delivery.
• Leading topic identification, planning, coordination, implementation, and reporting for the Skills of the Future program.
• Partnering closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and key stakeholders to align talent development strategies with organizational priorities.
• Driving workforce readiness by building future-focused capabilities and supporting enterprise learning and technology initiatives.
• Serving as a trusted advisor, translating business challenges into impactful talent and learning solutions.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Experience in Learning & Development, Performance Consulting, User Experience Design, Operations, and/or Learning Technology.
• Demonstrated success designing innovative talent and learning solutions that drive organizational effectiveness.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles, workforce development, and learning technologies.
• Experience working with and influencing geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution and tactical delivery.
• Strong consulting, partnership, and relationship management skills with the ability to build credibility across all levels of the organization.
• Deep understanding of business challenges and the ability to translate organizational needs into effective learning solutions.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, using data and insights to inform decisions and measure outcomes.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, evolving environments and successfully navigate change.

The Asset Management Talent Development (AMTD) team is focused on preparing the workforce for the future by building critical investing, technical, digital, and leadership capabilities. The team partners across Asset Management to develop talent strategies that strengthen organizational effectiveness, accelerate employee growth, and support long-term business priorities. Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
