About the location:

The 123-room Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto is the company’s second destination in Japan, in the city’s historic Higashiyama-ku district, close to the Kyoto National Museum and myriad heritage sites such as the Toyokuni Shrine and Kiyomizu Temple. Local artists are featured throughout the traditionally-inspired modern décor characterised by an understated Japanese aesthetic. The Hotel has a spa and fitness centre with a pool, and four food and beverage concepts. There are also be 57 Four Seasons Private Residences.

Justification

The Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto is looking for a P&C Coordinator. Candidates with passion for excellence, expertise in hospitality operations and proven leadership experience are invited to apply for a career with Four Seasons. As a member of the People and Culture Division, the P&C Coordinator works across disciplines to deliver an exceptional experience.

The successful candidate must be fluent in both English and Japanese.

Responsibilities

The role of People and Culture Coordinator:

The People and Culture Coordinator is the first smiling face employees and applicants meet upon entering into the People and Culture Office.

-New joiners on boarding, first day orientation, employee relations, and activities, workday,

-Handle any requests from employees, P&C team and support L&D admin

-Manage and keep organized in HOH area, employee cafeteria, locker rooms, Nap room

The People and Culture Coordinator handles every task with integrity and confidentiality.

The ultimate goal of all employee is to deliver excellent guest experience to all guests at Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto.
