• Be responsible for PDI & service at customer site based on company arrangement.
• Assist Application Engineer to instruct customer to make first product installation.
• Instruct product installation at customer site to ensure the installation requirement fulfilled
• Timely and accurate provision of on-site service reports
• Collect customer & competitor product information: production plan, material plan; assist sales, factory to take related action
• Solve quality problem at customer site on time
• Any other job assigned by department and superior.
