Job Description

Position : Senior Analyst – Payments 

Job Profile: Treasury – Senior Analyst 1 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for global vendor payments, payroll funding, and other treasury activities, intercompany settlements, bank account governance etc 

• Knowledge of SWIFT, SEPA, BACS, ACH, WIRE transfer  

• Experience working with global banking platforms and in multiple currencies 

• Understanding of end to end Accounts Payable process 

• Knowledge of any ERP system, preferably Workday 

• Responsible for end-to-end Bank reconciliation 

• Identify and report unreconciled items 

• Monitor returned and rejected payments. 

• Track payment KPIs and operational metrics. 

• Assist with month-end closing processes 

• Collaborate with AP/AR teams for transaction verification 

• Clean up debit balances  

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting and Finance or related field 

• 6–10 years of experience in accounting or finance 

• Strong organizational and time management skills
