The Opportunity

As a Payer Back Office Strategy / Technology / Operations Consultant, Manager, you will play a pivotal role in transforming health services operations by leveraging your expertise in strategy, technology, and operations. Within our Operations practice, you will guide client engagements, focusing on payer modernization to enhance business and supply chain operations. You will be instrumental in driving innovative solutions that address complex challenges, helping clients optimize their processes and achieve their strategic goals.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for confirming project success and maintaining high standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member’s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You embrace technology and innovation to enhance your delivery and encourage others to do the same.

Responsibilities

- Leading strategic planning and execution of operations consulting initiatives within the health services sector
- Managing client service accounts and driving engagement workstreams by supervising teams and analyzing complex problems
- Utilizing analytical thinking and business data analytics to enhance operational performance and transformation
- Implementing process improvement and optimization strategies to support payer modernization efforts
- Developing and coaching teams to deliver quality service and achieve operational excellence
- Facilitating stakeholder engagement and relationship building to support service delivery models
- Applying change management techniques to drive business transformation and operational support
- Overseeing logistics management and project resource management to maintain quality standards
- Promoting intellectual curiosity and learning agility within teams to foster continuous improvement

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain, Organizational Management/Behavior, Risk Management/Insurance

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $99,000 - $232,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
