Location: Ascension, St. John Owasso, Owasso, OK
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm or 8am - 5pm. Some weekends for training purposes only.
Essential Responsibilities
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of daily registrations, including insurance eligibility and benefits verification.
Provide high-quality service to patients and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Serve as a liaison between clinical and administrative areas to ensure sound working relationships and cooperative arrangements.
Provide guidance, feedback, and coaching to associates.
Train staff on policies, procedures, systems, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor quality assurance measures and ensure compliance with JCAHO, HIPAA, and other standards.
Assists manager with staff evaluations by providing feedback on individuals the supervisor has monitored/supervised.
Ensure proper utilization of software and technology tools.
Other duties as assigned.
Education Level
Bachelor's - Equivalent experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
Experience Level
Minimum of 3 years of experience, including at least 1 year in a management role
