MATTER is looking for a smart, creative, and resourceful Partnerships Strategy & Marketing Manager to help generate new corporate partnership opportunities.

Working closely with our SVP of Partnerships, you'll research prospective partners, develop targeted outreach campaigns and create compelling content and materials that help MATTER build relationships with leading healthcare organizations.

This isn't a traditional sales role. You'll focus on identifying opportunities, generating interest and equipping our leadership team to develop and close partnerships.

The ideal candidate is intellectually curious, an excellent researcher and writer, and someone who can quickly turn ideas into action.

What You'll Do

• Identify opportunities: Research prospective corporate partners, understand their strategic priorities, identify key decision-makers and uncover opportunities for warm introductions.
• Execute outreach campaigns: Build targeted prospect lists and develop coordinated email and LinkedIn campaigns to engage potential partners and generate qualified conversations, working closely with MATTER's Marketing team to ensure alignment with our broader marketing strategy and brand.
• Develop compelling content: Create presentations, case studies, proposals and other materials that communicate MATTER's value to prospective partners.
• Support partnership strategy: Work with senior leadership to identify promising market segments, develop outreach approaches and prepare for important conversations.
• Measure and improve: Track campaign performance, maintain prospect information and continuously refine outreach strategies.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, consulting, research, agency account management, business development support or a related field.
• Exceptional research, writing and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into compelling narratives.
• Strong presentation development skills and an eye for clear, polished visual communication.
• Creativity, intellectual curiosity and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• A self-starter who can manage multiple priorities, work independently and produce high-quality work quickly.
• Comfort using generative AI tools to accelerate research and content creation.

Nice to have: Experience with email or LinkedIn campaigns, CRM systems, healthcare or life sciences, and business development materials.

Compensation & Benefits

The base salary for this position is $70,000–$80,000, depending on experience, plus eligibility for MATTER's Executive Incentive Plan.
