Outtake exists to empower and facilitate trust for a digital-first world. Today, impersonation, fraud, AI-driven scams, and identity abuse spread faster than any security team can respond to. So we built something different: an agentic AI platform that proactively detects, monitors, and takes down impersonators, automating protection in hours, not weeks.

Built by ex-Palantir, ex-CTO/founders, and ex-Notion engineers, Outtake is designed for clarity, autonomy, and velocity. Our goal is ambitious: become the trust layer of the modern internet. And we intend to do it with a lean, dense, exceptionally talented team.

The Role

You will work directly with our Head of Partnerships across the full lifecycle of our partnerships program — from partner outreach and health tracking, to evangelizing partnerships internally, to orchestrating how new technology partnerships get built, from atomic idea through General Availability. You will also bring a consulting-style toolkit to the role, building sharp, presentation-ready materials for partners and internal stakeholders alike.

This is a role that spans strategy and execution. You will own partner health tracking systems, orchestrate new technology partnerships end-to-end, and build the reporting and materials that communicate partnership value across the company.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare quarterly business reviews with platform partners, including reporting on takedown performance and partnership outcomes.

• Identify and reach out to new platform and technology partners to grow Outtake's ecosystem.

• Build and maintain the systems that track the health and activity of each partnership.

• Champion partnerships internally, keeping product, sales, and leadership up to speed on partner value and priorities.

• Own the process of taking a new technology partnership from atomic idea through integration to General Availability, coordinating across product, engineering, and legal.

• Build polished decks, one-pagers, and reports to communicate partnership strategy and results to internal and external audiences.

• As the partnerships program matures, we expect this role to take on broader ownership over partnership strategy and the systems that support it.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-3 years in partnerships, consulting, bizops, or an equivalent role with a mix of analysis and customer-facing work.

• Comfort moving between the operational details of a partnership and multi-year strategic planning.

• Curiosity and persistence, with a habit of digging into "why" until you understand the root cause.

• An ownership mindset, with comfort writing the playbook, not just reading it.

• A team-first mindset, with a drive to help the team move faster, anticipate needs, and deliver excellence.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to present to executives and technical teams alike.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

• Nice to have: experience building and operating information-sharing partnerships.

• Nice to have: experience in cybersecurity tech alliances.
