The Partnership and Pipeline Lead – Automation and Digital is responsible driving pipeline growth, deal conversion and delivery of joint solutions for our automation and integrated sensing portfolio. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen, partner leadership, and the ability to drive cross-functional execution in a matrixed environment. This role is accountable for developing and executing Cytiva’s  partner strategy to deliver intelligent equipment solutions to our customers.

This position reports to the Product Strategy Director and is part of the Automation and Digital product management team located in the UK and will be an on-site role

What you will do:

• Drive parter pipeline creation and execution across automation and digital partnerships
• Build and actively manage joint opportunity funnel from early-stage pipeline through committed deals and delivery
• Establish and conduct regular business reviews (monthly) with partners
• Define and track  partner KPIs (pipeline, revenue, adoption) and hold partners accountable to targets
• Ensure partners meet agreed-upon performance targets

Who you are:

• PhD, MBA or other advanced graduate degree in business, life sciences or a related discipline
• 5-8+ years of experience in partner management, alliances, business development or sales
• Proven experience managing strategic partnerships or channel programs
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed organization
• Background in biologics process development or manufacturing

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: if applicable for role

• Ability to travel – 25% travel, overnight, within territory or locations
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience with automation or digital solutions
• Familiarity with partner ecosystems (e.g., systems integrators, technology partners)
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and partner management platforms
