About Ekimetrics
Ekimetrics transforms how organisations make critical business decisions. We combine our Eki.Decisions platform with embedded experts in marketing, commercial effectiveness and data science, connecting decisions across business domains to drive real, scalable and lasting impact. Our dual purpose is Competitiveness and Sustainability, because lasting leadership is built on both.
With a full in-house team and offices in Paris, London, New York, Hong Kong and Shanghai, we are committed to responsibility and frugality in AI, and to staying loyal to our values and DNA.
The opportunity
Marketing budgets are under the microscope, CFOs want proof, and AI is rewriting how performance is measured. Ekimetrics sits at the centre of that shift. Since 2006, we have helped some of the world’s leading brands turn Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) and AI-powered measurement into confident investment decisions.
As an Associate Partner, MMM & Marketing Effectiveness, you will be a senior leader of our London office. You will own a portfolio of strategic clients, shape how we grow our MMM and marketing effectiveness business in the UK and build the next generation of Ekimetrics talent. You will work alongside the London General Manager and be trusted with increasing autonomy and strategic ownership.
What you will do
- Lead a portfolio of strategic, multi-account clients, or a major programme for a Tier 1 client, as Key Account Manager.
- Define and drive the road map for each programme, from MMM and marketing effectiveness through to commercial and business-wide effectiveness, using our solutions model and the Eki.Decisions platform.
- Safeguard scientific quality: robust MMM and econometrics, causal inference, incrementality and experimentation, and models clients can understand and trust.
- Turn model outputs into decisions: budget optimisation, scenario planning and forecasting that change how clients allocate their investment.
- Steer the delivery excellence, impact and profitability of your portfolio, securing the right teams for every programme.
- Build and manage relationships with key media, platform and technology partners to drive innovation and growth across our accounts.
- Share best practice and reusable assets across the Ekimetrics community.
Grow the business
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with CMOs, CFOs and commercial leaders, securing renewals and positioning Ekimetrics as their strategic partner.
- Identify and convert growth opportunities across your accounts, extending the value we deliver as client needs evolve.
- Lead pitches and RFPs to win new logos and keep a strong pipeline.
- Be the face of Ekimetrics in the market: speak at conferences and client forums, and lead thought leadership on the future of measurement, including AI and GenAI.
- Lead by example, managing and coaching a team through regular 1:1s, performance reviews and talent assessments.
- Play a key role in recruiting, developing and retaining top talent in London, and in succession planning for the office.
- Contribute to our upskilling strategy with the Eki Academy team, and help shape the strategy of Ekimetrics globally and in the UK.
- Champion our culture and values: Curiosity, Creativity, Excellence, Generosity and Enjoyment.
