THE ROLE

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and social-media-savvy Marketing Coordinator to lead day-to-day marketing and social media efforts for our venue and country club. This hands-on role will focus on creating engaging content, promoting events and services, increasing brand awareness, and keeping both facilities current with the latest social media trends.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·        Manage social media accounts for both facilities, including content planning, posting, and strategic audience engagement.

·        Create engaging social media content across platforms and services.

·        Develop content calendars and marketing campaigns to support events, guest memberships, dining, and facility offerings.

·        Create promotional materials experience through email marketing, digital graphics, and website updates.

·        Collaborate with facility leadership to coordinate promotions and marketing priorities across both locations.

·        Track social media engagement and campaign performance and improve engagements.

·        Maintain organized marketing materials and ensure content reflects each facility's branding.

·        Perform other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE     

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred. Current students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience creating on social media platforms through coursework, internships, personal projects, or professional experience.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and current social media trends.
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills; creative design. Canva experience preferred.
• Portfolio or examples of creative work required.

• Strong written communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently and collaboratively.
