As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The engineer works closely with various teams to align solutions with organizational goals, utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and optimize functionality. This position requires continuous monitoring and adjustment to meet dynamic business needs while safeguarding system integrity.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless user experience.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- Experience with cloud-based data processing and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and release management processes.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques to connect various software components.
- Ability to work with low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Knowledge of system monitoring tools and performance optimization strategies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- This position is based at our CDC2A - SEZ location.
