Summary:
In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based software solutions. This includes managing the configuration settings, coordinating system integrations, and overseeing the deployment of new releases. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards to guarantee system stability and optimal performance while ensuring that all developments align with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive the evolution of the software platform is a key aspect of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to establish best practices and standards for packaged and cloud-based application development.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- Strong expertise in database design, optimization, and performance tuning related to Oracle databases.
- Experience in managing software release cycles and deployment processes within packaged or cloud-based environments.
- Ability to design and implement integration solutions between various software platforms and third-party services.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing effective solutions to maintain system reliability.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
