Collaboration across various teams and proactive problem-solving are integral to driving the evolution of these solutions effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance solution quality and delivery.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
- Experience with configuration and integration of enterprise software solutions related to real estate management.
- Strong understanding of software release management and deployment processes.
- Ability to establish and enforce platform standards ensuring system stability and performance.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business needs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
