NeighborHealth is seeking a PACE Physician to provide comprehensive primary care to older adults with complex medical and functional needs enrolled in our nationally recognized Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE).Physicians benefit from a predictable schedule, interdisciplinary team-based care, and the opportunity to deliver primary care services across PACE clinics, at home, assisted living, and nursing facilities.
Salary range: $229,200 to $271,200 based on experience.
Physicians may also be eligible for federal and state loan repayment programs.

What You'll Do:
Monday through Friday schedule, 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day.
Provide primary care services to frail participants enrolled in the PACE program
Care delivered across clinic, home, assisted living, and nursing facilities
Care in all settings is provided in concert with an interdisciplinary care teams of health professionals in a progressive health care organization.

What You'll Bring:
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Geriatrics certification preferred but not required
Massachusetts medical license or ability to obtain
Experience caring for older adults or medically complex populations preferred
Spanish language skills preferred
