Up to £33,232.00 per annum pro rata depending on experience

30 hours per week

As a Personal Assistant at our Shrewsbury Hospital, you will use your diverse administration and planning skills to primarily support the Senior Management Team in the smooth running of a busy hospital. 

As the Personal Assistant, you will:

• Manage email and diary co-ordination.
• Control and facilitate meeting schedules.
• Arrange and minute key committee meetings.
• Analyse and collate data.
• Management of the patient complaints and compliments process.
• Ensure Practicing Privilege documentation is up to date and in line with policy requirements.
• Co-ordinate new Practicing Privilege applications and renewals
• Prepare presentations and reports to tight deadlines.
• Liaise with third party stakeholders including consultants.
• Provide administration support to the Senior Management Team

To succeed as the Personal Assistant, you will need:

• Sound knowledge and competency in IT systems.
• A ‘can do’ attitude with a proactive and responsive approach to problem solving.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills
