Corewell Health PM&R offers an excellent full-time opportunity for an Advanced Practice Provider. 

As an important member of the PM&R team, you would be diagnosing and treating medically complex patients. The ideal candidate would be passionate about this patient population

• Working collaboratively with physicians to provide comprehensive care to new and established patients
• All outpatient, No nights, No weekends, No call
• Variety of injections including trigger point, bursa, and peripheral nerve blocks
• Patient population: adult, young adult, conservative management of acute and chronic pain
• NP or PA with experience in PMR, Pain, or Neurosurgery would be beneficial
• 4 - 10 hour shifts
• Team education opportunities

Qualifications: 

Nurse Practitioner: 

• Required Master's Degree Nurse Practitioners who obtained their education and certification after 2000 must show evidence of completion of a master’s, post-master’s or doctorate from a Nurse Practitioner program that is accredited by the Commission on the Collegiate of Nursing Education or the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission 
• 3 years of relevant experience current, relevant clinical experience 
• Previous experience functioning in a collaborative role as a Nurse Practitioner 
• LIC-Nurse Practitioner (NP) - State of Michigan  
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS)  
• CRT-Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)  
• CRT-Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS)  

Physician Assistant: 

• Required Master's Degree Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant educational program 
• LIC-Physician Assistant - State of Michigan 
• CRT-Physician Asst Certified (PA-C) - NCCPA National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants  
• CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS)  
• CRT-Pediatric Adv Life Support (PALS)  
• CRT-Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)
