About the role

As an Outbound Account Executive, you’ll persuade businesses and individuals to list useful data on HUD. Your outreach will follow current buyer demand, usually from frontier AI labs.

Most of your day will be spent making calls, sending emails and following up. Success means turning those conversations into complete listings that fit what buyers need.

Responsibilities

• Work through prospect lists, find the right contacts, and make cold calls and send relevant emails and LinkedIn messages every day.

• Explain how listing on HUD works and why it may be valuable to the provider, answer common questions and handle objections.

• Follow up consistently and guide interested providers through sign-up and listing submission.

• Collect the information needed for a complete listing and help providers when they get stuck.

• Keep contact records and next steps current, and meet agreed daily outreach targets and weekly targets for complete listings that match buyer needs.

Experience

You may be a good fit if you have:

• Clear spoken and written English, with confidence starting conversations by phone.

• Persistence through unanswered calls and rejection, while staying professional and respectful.

• Reliable follow-through across many conversations, with organised notes and next steps.

• Comfort using everyday sales tools, taking feedback and improving your approach.

Strong candidates may also have:

Telesales, call-centre, appointment-setting, customer support or recruitment experience is useful. This is an early-career role; career changers are welcome. AI, data and coding experience are optional.

We prioritize technical aptitude and learning potential over years of experience. Motivated candidates are encouraged to apply even if they don't meet all criteria.

Team & company details

You’ll work with HUD’s commercial team. Senior teammates will support technical assessments, pricing discussions and contract questions, so you can keep outreach and listings moving.

• Team Size: ~25 people currently, mostly full-time in-person, but some remote.

• Our team: Our team includes 4 International Olympiad medalists (IOI, ILO, IPhO), the former #1 ranked Catan player in the world, serial AI startup founders, and researchers with publications at ICLR, NeurIPS, etc.

• Company stage: We have 8 figures in funding and are scaling profitably and quickly to meet very strong demand.

Logistics

• Employment: Full-time.

• Location: Remote only. Work from any location where the local time is within 3 hours ahead of or behind Singapore.

• Time Zone: Aligned with Singapore business hours; the exact daily schedule will be agreed during hiring.

• Visa Sponsorship: We provide support for relocation and visas for strong full-time candidates to the US or Singapore.

• Timeline: Applications are rolling. The process is 2 technical interviews and a 2-3 day work trial.

Compensation

Remote only | Singapore time zone ±3 hours | Full-time | USD 20,000–50,000 annual on-target total compensation

The range is annual total pay at target, including performance-related pay earned by meeting goals. Your offer will specify the base salary and performance-pay split.
