OVERVIEW:
DICK’S Sporting Goods is seeking a full-time OSO Clerical to join our distribution center team in Fort Worth, TX!
Shifts available:
1st: Monday – Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
$18.60/hr
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Input, revise and monitor information in GXS, Boreas and multiple WM systems to ensure the accurate distribution of merchandise.
Verify and update data in multiple WM systems ensuring all documentation complies with department and DC standards/SLA’s.
Generate and distribute internal reports via SCI in compliance with department and DC requirements.
Communicate with internal (allocators, department leads or clericals) . Escalate issues to departments lead and/or Supervisor.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
< 1 year experience
Advanced proficiency with various internal and external database systems, including SCI, GXS, WM, Boreas, SharePoint etc.
Basic proficiency in Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Basic use of Email
Problem assessment and problem solving
Occasional lifting of up to 50lbs
Cooperative teamwork
Good language and grammar skills
Major focus on Accuracy
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders
Other tasks as assigned
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic English reading comprehension & numerical reasoning skills.
