What would you do? • You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. • This role is aligned with the Finance Operations vertical and supports the determination of financial outcomes by collecting operational data and reports, conducting analysis, mapping commission amount to accurate account and reconciling transactions. • The Order to Cash process supports working-capital optimization, real-time visibility, end-to-end revenue and cash-flow management, and streamlined billing. • An end-to-end process that addresses all aspects of collecting cash from initial order receipt and credit authorization to collections and revenue assurance activities. • • Billing processing (Upstream & Downstream) • • Cash applications • • Invoicing, collections, and accounts receivable • • Order management and fulfillment • • Journal entries and transaction reconciliation
What are we looking for? • • Interact primarily with the immediate team and direct supervisor. • • Work under detailed to moderate instructions for daily tasks and detailed instructions for new assignments. • • Make decisions affecting the individual s own work. • • Contribute as an individual team member within a predetermined, focused scope of work. • • Be available to work rotational shifts, as required. • • Process transformation and project management are value-added skills.
Roles and Responsibilities: • • Create and issue customer invoices. • • Cash receipting & reconciliation • • Review debit notes, identify process gaps, and follow up with the sales Client team for reasons behind debit notes and unrecognized revenue. • • Support receipting invoicing, collections, accounts receivable, reconciliation, Refund or Write Off order management, sales orders, order processing, order fulfillment, and journal entries. • • Address cash-application queries and coordinate with customers. • • Apply unapplied cash, reconcile suspense accounts, and process payments from receipt through finalization. • • Collect and analyze operational data and reports, and reconcile transactions. • • Solve routine problems using precedent and general guidelines. • • Partner with Onshore or regional teams to seek resolution on inquiries
