Order to Cash Leader LATAM (Varginha,MG)

This role plays a pivotal part in managing the quote delivery and order package preparation process and delivery, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. Reports into the Supply Chain Leader LATAM.

Your role:

• Strategic thinker with the ability to align and balance operations with organizational goals. Contribute to the development and execution of sales operations short, mid and long-term strategies and initiatives.
• Lead, coach, and develop a multicultural team of professionals across multiple locations. Collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Sales Support, Modality Sales Specialist, Commercial Policy, and Credit & Collection teams to align operations with business objectives.
• You can influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience. 

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 7+ years of experience in a commercial/customer facing role in supply chain, order management and/or sales enablement.
• Your skills include deep knowledge of lean principles and their practical application.
• You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Master's degree will be considered a plus.
• You have exceptional communication skills (written, verbal and listening) with the ability to influence, negotiate and build consensus across different levels of the organization.
• You have excellent stakeholder management and collaboration abilities; are comfortable with crucial conversations. 

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role in Varginha.
