DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role

As the Order Management Specialist, you will:

• Reviewing and processing incoming orders;
• Monitoring orders throughout the process;
• Maintaining telephone contact with customers;
• Taking ownership of sales order processing;
• Following up on sales orders and ensuring they are handled accurately and efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you

The ideal Order Management Specialist:

• Has an MBO-level education or equivalent level of working and thinking;
• Has an ambitious mindset and enjoys working towards results;
• Is customer-oriented, accurate and detail-focused;
• Is available to work 40 hours per week;
• Ideally, is fluent in both Dutch and English, verbally and in writing. However, candidates who are fluent in English only are also welcome to apply.
