This Position reports to:
Procurement and Customer Service ManagerYour role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for accurately recording customer purchase orders in the order management system. Each day, you will ensure timely cross-functional issue resolution, including order cleaning for both manual and electronic orders. You will also showcase your expertise by utilizing the necessary tools and adhering to Service Level Agreements.
The work model for the role is LI#hybrid
This role is contributing to the Motion/MOSE in Bangalore Main stakeholders are from Singapore ( 6 AM to 3 PM shift ) reporting to Procurement & Customer Service Manager
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Deliver exceptional customer support for motors and drives by proactively managing inquiries, quotations, model sizing, pricing, and pipeline tracking using tools such as MotSize, DriveSize, CQP, OneCare, OMS, BOL, and Salesforce.
- Manage the complete order lifecycle, including quotation preparation, contract support, order entry, acknowledgments, cost modeling, order tracking, and ensuring accurate and on-time deliveries.
- Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Service, and Factory teams to resolve customer issues related to orders, technical queries, pricing, payments, and delivery commitments.
- Drive order fulfilment excellence by expediting orders with suppliers, managing logistics activities, providing delivery updates, and resolving supply chain challenges to meet customer expectations.
- Support commercial and operational processes by handling invoice disputes in CFIN, preparing proposals for replacements, spare parts and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution and communication.
Qualifications for the role :
- Experience required 0-3 yrs for Sales Support , Order Management specialist
- Possess an enhanced knowledge of SAP & SFDC is value added
- You are passionate about learning new process
- Degree in Engineering & Proven experience in same domain is added advantage
- You are at ease communicating in English & high fluency in writing
