The desired candidate will be a vital part of the Global IT team with a proven track record of designing, troubleshooting, and problem-solving to address challenges and opportunities within the Oracle EBS suite of applications. A person who is passionate about improving business processes, and helping our business partners envision the future & how we enable it. You will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, the enterprise architecture team, and other IT teams to ensure technical solutions align with strategic business objectives.

Job Description

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:

• Lead functional design, configuration, and enhancement requests for Oracle Service Contracts (Cloud or E-Business Suite). 
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and the enterprise architecture team to translate business requirements via Business Process Documents, Functional Specifications and User Stories into scalable technical solutions across Oracle EBS, Oracle CPQ, and Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.
• Good hands on experience with end-to-end Quote-to-cash and Renewal-to-cash workflows and amendment processes. 
• Design and maintain interfaces between Oracle Service Contracts, Oracle CPQ, Oracle Order Management, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts payables(AP). 
• Define end-to-end test scenarios, Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and coordinate testing across cross-functional teams.
• Provide L3 functional support for production incidents, root-cause analysis, and continuous process optimization.
• Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or other middleware architectures like Mulesoft connecting Oracle ERP/CPQ.
• Dynamic to learn new technologies, products and features in Oracle
• Lead and inspire your team to foster an agile and innovative culture.
• Communicate risk/issues to leadership and recommend solutions.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills 
• Systematic and organized in day-to-day operations.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Good understanding of Inventory, Order Management & Shipping flows in R12 and Oracle Fusion.
• Understanding of Procure-to-Pay flows in R12 and Oracle Fusion.
• Passionate about evolving technology and promoting automation & AI capabilities for IT and business efficiencies

Basic Requirements

• Education: B.E. / B.Tech degree in Computer Science and/or related field
• Experience: 8+ years of professional work experience in IT with a strong background in managing Oracle EBS projects in Oracle Service Contracts 
• Good to Have experience with Oracle Fusion migration projects
