As an Oracle SCM - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for the effective use of Oracle applications. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will leverage your broad consulting skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward is unclear.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will work within our Supply Chain Technology - Oracle practice, using your versatile knowledge to assist clients in optimizing their operations. You will employ a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. This position offers a unique opportunity to deepen your understanding of the business context and how it is evolving, allowing you to make informed insights and recommendations.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to implement Oracle software solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration of Oracle applications
- Utilizing analytical thinking to optimize operational efficiency for clients
- Developing and maintaining business process models to align with client objectives
- Collaborating with teams to manage and inspire others in complex situations
- Applying technical consultation skills to enhance Oracle application utilization
- Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for clients

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- Utilizing Oracle E-Business Suite for supply chain solutions
- Implementing technology integration in complex environments
- Developing training materials for Oracle Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
