As an Oracle SCM Functional - Manager, you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle supply chain and operations applications, analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization. Within our Digital Core Modernisation practice, you will enable clients to optimize their supply chain processes and improve operational efficiency to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will also address conflicts or issues, engaging in conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation of Oracle supply chain and operations applications to optimize client processes
- Analyzing client needs and developing tailored software solutions to enhance operational efficiency
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle applications
- Managing project planning, budgeting, and execution to achieve strategic objectives
- Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality and meet client expectations
- Mentoring team members to develop skills and encourage professional growth
- Utilizing data-driven insights to improve supply chain performance and cost management
- Overseeing the deployment of Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management and Oracle Manufacturing Cloud solutions
- Facilitating demand forecasting and inventory management to streamline operations
- Engaging in strategic questioning to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems

Knowledge on any two modules at M level - OM/Costing/PDH/PLM/Manufacturing/Proc/Inv/Quality
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Supply Chain Management or related Oracle SCM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
- Utilizing Oracle E-Business Suite for comprehensive supply chain solutions
- Excelling in strategic planning and execution for client engagements
- Managing complex supply chain transformation projects with innovation
- Leveraging data-driven insights for operational excellence and cost efficiency
