As an Oracle PPM Manager, you will specialize in consulting services for business applications, focusing on optimizing operational efficiency for clients. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to validate seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Within our Oracle practice, you will manage the Oracle Financials software, an integrated financial management system that supports processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, and cash management.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, motivating and inspiring others to deliver quality. You will leverage team strengths and manage performance to meet client expectations, while embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values meaningfully.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will address conflicts or issues, engage in difficult conversations with clients and team members, and uphold professional and technical standards.

Responsibilities

- Leading the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle Financials to optimize client financial processes
- Analyzing client needs to develop and implement tailored software solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations and timelines
- Coaching and mentoring team members to leverage their strengths and improve performance
- Identifying opportunities for finance process improvements and transformation initiatives
- Collaborating with team leadership to maintain quality and deliverables across projects
- Utilizing financial management software to support strategic financial planning and reporting
- Addressing and resolving conflicts or issues with clients and team members, escalating when necessary
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including compliance with regulatory requirements
- Encouraging the adoption of innovative technologies and practices to enhance service delivery

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years of experience in Oracle PPM project costing, project billing
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Financials and Oracle Hyperion Financial Management
- Utilizing analytical thinking to drive finance transformation initiatives
- Excelling in financial statement analysis and financial reporting
- Managing financial budgeting and forecasting processes effectively
- Embracing change and innovation in financial management practices
