As an Oracle PMO Senior Associate you will help manage a range of Oracle project workstreams within our Business Application Consulting practice, bringing structure to delivery across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid environments. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned work, and develop deliverables while building client relationships, guiding junior team members, and developing your technical and professional skills. In this role at PwC, you will track project status, monitor engagement and portfolio metrics, and communicate progress with firm and client stakeholders across Oracle ERP engagements.
As a Senior Associate you will balance multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and use critical thinking to interpret data, anticipate stakeholder needs, and support informed decisions. You will also help reinforce project management methods, contribute to delivery consistency, and develop a deeper understanding of how your work supports broader engagement goals and client outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Oracle ERP, Project Management, PMO, Project management tools, Agile, Scrum, IT Project Management
- Managing Oracle PMO workstreams across project, program, and portfolio activities for ERP engagements
- Tracking schedules, budgets, milestones, risks, and issues through structured project management tools
- Coordinating Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods across diverse project scopes and technology work
- Preparing status reports, portfolio metrics, and executive updates for client and internal stakeholders
- Analyzing project performance data to identify delivery gaps, resource needs, and action items
- Supporting financial tracking across engagements, including forecasting, budget updates, and variance review
- Validating delivery artifacts and project documentation for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with framework requirements
- Guiding junior team members on PMO processes, tooling, and day-to-day project administration
- Building client relationships through responsive communication and practical project support
- Applying Oracle Cloud ERP knowledge, Jira, MS Office, SharePoint, Power BI, Tableau, and other PPM tools to improve delivery visibility
What You Must Have
- B.E/B.Tech/MBA
- At least one certification – PMP / Agile Certification (ACP/ CSM/ SAFE)
- Expert on following Tools - Jira, MS Office, SharePoint, Macros, Automation, Oracle ERP, Power BI, Tableau, MPP and other PPM tools
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in any Financials, Supply Chain, Enterprise Performance Management, or Human Capital Management module
- Demonstrating Oracle PMO, program, or portfolio management support across multiple workstreams
- Utilizing Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methods in client delivery settings
- Tracking engagement financials, metrics, and project status in reporting tools
- Communicating with client and firm stakeholders while navigating ambiguity
- Mentoring junior team members and reviewing deliverables for accuracy
