As an Oracle HCM Functional - Director, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing HCM software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilization. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work within our Digital Core Modernisation network, focusing on optimizing human resources processes and enhancing talent management for clients. You will be expected to cultivate potential in others and actively collaborate across the PwC Network, leveraging collective strengths to maximize client satisfaction. By promoting technological advances, you will create an environment where people and technology thrive together, identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into success for the firm.

Responsibilities

- Leading the implementation and integration of Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) applications to optimize human resources processes
- Analyzing client requirements and developing tailored solutions to enhance talent management and achieve strategic objectives
- Driving business growth by identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful client engagements
- Mentoring teams in the strategic planning and execution of Oracle HCM projects, fostering a collaborative environment
- Promoting technological advances and innovative practices within Oracle HCM to create environments where people and technology thrive together
- Overseeing multiple projects and maintaining executive-level client relations to validate client satisfaction and project success
- Developing new ideas and solutions to drive thought leadership and enhance the firm's reputation for quality and integrity
- Balancing long-term and short-term strategic thinking to make impactful decisions and drive change across client engagements
- Collaborating across the PwC Network to leverage collective strengths and maximize client satisfaction
- Validating data integrity and compliance within Oracle HCM frameworks to uphold professional and technical standards

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 20+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications
- Leading strategic human resource planning and transformation initiatives
- Utilizing Oracle HCM Cloud for workforce analytics and planning
- Driving business process improvement in human capital management
- Managing Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management implementations
- Excelling in mentoring and developing future leaders in HR technology
