As an Oracle Finance Functional - Senior Associate, you will specialize in using and managing the Oracle Financials software, an integrated financial management system that provides tools for managing financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management. Within our Digital Core Modernisation network, you will be part of a team that helps clients optimize operational efficiency by analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts, develop a deeper understanding of the business context, and uphold professional and technical standards. Responsibilities

- Configuring and implementing Oracle Financials to optimize financial processes such as general ledger, accounts payable, and cash management
- Analyzing client needs to develop tailored software solutions that enhance operational efficiency
- Providing training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle Finance systems
- Managing financial reporting and budgeting processes using Oracle Hyperion Financial Management
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to inform strategic decision-making and financial forecasting
- Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for finance process improvements and transformation
- Confirming compliance with regulatory authority requirements and financial reporting standards
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex financial concepts and provide actionable insights
- Building and maintaining meaningful client relationships to support business application consulting services
- Guiding and mentoring junior team members to foster professional growth and technical skills development

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience in any of the modules like AR, AP, GL, CM, FA
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or related Oracle ERP Finance Cloud modules
- Navigating complex financial systems with Oracle Financials and Oracle General Ledger
- Utilizing analytical thinking to break down complex financial concepts
- Developing finance transformation strategies for client engagements
- Managing financial reporting using Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
- Embracing change and adapting to evolving business contexts
