The Opportunity
At i360technologies, we are seeking an Oracle EBS Solution Architect / Technical Lead (Key Personnel) to own the technical design and configuration of Oracle Projects and Oracle G-Invoicing within a federal client's Financial Management Support System (FMSS). The environment runs Oracle E-Business Suite Federal Financials Release 12.2.12 in AWS GovCloud (FedRAMP).
This remote role owns the solution architecture across design, configuration, integration, security, testing, deployment, and hypercare. The selected candidate will translate requirements into technical designs, configure Oracle Projects and G-Invoicing, integrate the solution with FMSS financial modules, and coordinate with the program office and other contractors. As named key personnel, the candidate is expected to remain throughout the engagement.
What You Will Do
- Design the Oracle Projects and G-Invoicing system and integration architecture; translate requirements into technical designs, configuration approaches, interface specifications, and design documentation.
- Configure Oracle Projects for project costing, labor and non-labor costs, reimbursable agreements, project structures, task hierarchies, billing, and revenue recognition.
- Design and build integrations with General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, and related FMSS components; produce Oracle Projects Configuration Documentation.
- Implement Oracle G-Invoicing for Treasury servicing, including interagency agreements, order and performance transactions, IPAC settlement, Treasury interfaces, and Interface Control Documents.
- Configure solution security; support unit, system integration, UAT, and Treasury-interface testing; troubleshoot and resolve technical defects.
- Migrate configurations, integrations, data, open GT&Cs, and Orders to production; maintain audit evidence; provide hypercare; and coordinate changes, releases, decisions, and escalation using approved processes and tools.
Required Qualifications
- S. citizenship is required for all personnel assigned to this contract.
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Federal Financials.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience implementing Oracle Projects.
- Experience with system configuration, integration, architecture, and technical design.
Preferred Experience
- Oracle certification preferred, but not required.
- Experience supporting federal financial management programs.
- Familiarity with Treasury G-Invoicing and intragovernmental buy/sell transactions.
What Success Looks Like
- The architecture and technical designs are complete, traceable, secure, and aligned with approved requirements.
- Oracle Projects and G-Invoicing are configured, integrated with FMSS, and tested successfully end to end.
- Migration, go-live, documentation, and hypercare support stable operations and effective knowledge transfer.
