As an Oracle CX Billing Director you will lead client-facing consulting efforts focused on Oracle lead to revenue solutions, helping clients optimize customer journey processes from lead generation through revenue realization. As a Director you will set strategic direction, drive business growth, and shape executive-level client relationships while guiding multiple workstreams and mentoring future leaders within our Oracle lead to revenue practice. In this role at PwC, you will oversee the design and delivery of Oracle CX Billing solutions, help translate business needs into practical application strategies, and support adoption across sales automation, marketing automation, and customer experience capabilities.

Responsibilities

- Leading Oracle CX billing transformation efforts across lead to revenue processes, translating client objectives into implementation roadmaps and delivery plans
- Directing discovery sessions to assess billing, revenue management, collections, and customer experience requirements for Oracle and Zuora environments
- Overseeing configuration strategies for Oracle Revenue Management and Billing, Oracle CC&B, Oracle CPQ Cloud, and Zuora Billing to align technology design with business needs
- Shaping solution design for customer cloud services, subscription management, incentive compensation, and revenue recognition workflows
- Managing executive client relationships and guiding discussions on scope, risks, issues, and delivery milestones across multiple workstreams
- Coordinating cross-functional teams to integrate billing platforms, customer data management, and downstream finance processes
- Developing business development opportunities through proposal content, solution positioning, and account growth discussions
- Coaching delivery teams on technical approach, quality review, and issue resolution across complex Oracle CX implementations
- Validating that implementations align with client operating models, technical standards, and independence requirements
- Advancing thought leadership in sales technology by introducing AI-enabled tooling, digital automation, and new solution patterns

What You Must Have

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, or related domain (MBA

preferred)

- 10–15+ years of experience in CRM/CX technology, with significant Oracle CX Cloud

leadership experience.

- Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-region Oracle CX transformation

programs.
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Extensive experience across Oracle CX suite including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Eloqua, CPQ, Commerce, and Subscription Management, with strong knowledge of CRM architecture, integrations, and customer engagement ecosystems.

- Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions, leveraging expertise in OIC, APIs, SOA, customer data platforms, lead lifecycle management, and omnichannel experiences.

- Strong executive communication and influencing skills, with a track record of leading high-performing cross-functional teams and driving data-driven problem solving and strategic decision-making.
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Finance, Management Information Systems, Computer and Information Science
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Lead-to-Revenue or related Oracle Customer Experience (CX) Revenue Cloud applications
- Translating Oracle CX Billing strategy into client-facing solutions
- Driving business growth across Oracle Lead-to-Revenue engagements
- Leading executive client conversations on billing and revenue topics
- Developing thought leadership for Oracle CX revenue cloud offerings
- Balancing technical, commercial, and delivery priorities effectively
