In this full-time sublease arrangement, you’ll have the opportunity to provide comprehensive vision care while managing your own practice. The role requires five days of coverage per week and includes seeing patients, selling contact lenses, and hiring your own staff, typically starting with one team member. The clinic is designed to support exam-based care, including primary eye exams, contact lens fittings, and medical billing support, while giving you the independence to shape the patient experience and grow the practice over time. While the preferred arrangement is a full-time sublease, employment may be considered at this stage if a sublease holder is not identified. This is a great opportunity for an Optometrist who wants autonomy, ownership, and the ability to build and manage a practice from the ground up.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, patient-focused Optometrist who is dedicated to delivering high-quality, personalized eye care and creating a positive experience for every patient. This opportunity is well suited for a doctor who can practice independently, is confident managing the full scope of optometric care in a sublease setting, and is excited by the opportunity to build, lead, and grow a practice. A strong understanding of ocular disease and clinical care is important, and an active Washington license is required. New graduates with an entrepreneurial mindset are encouraged to apply.
