The ~70,000‑square‑foot Manassas facility operates within Catalent’s Consumer Health portfolio, supporting programs from early development through commercial manufacturing and packaging. It is designed for dietary supplement and food‑safety cGMP operations, making it distinct from Catalent’s traditional pharmaceutical and biologics manufacturing sites.

Position Summary

We have an opportunity for an Operator - Lozenge to join our team and support production according to Standard Operating Procedures and quality standards. You will follow specific instructions from the Production Manager or Supervisor in line with the daily schedule. This role involves assisting in all aspects of the process, from documenting batch records to preparing and moving products. You will help maintain a clean and organized work area while ensuring quality and compliance at every step.

Shift: days; starting 6am-6pm; 12 hours / 4 days a week
Location: Manassas, VA
100% Onsite

The Role

• Work near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, and vibrations.
• Occasional exposure to electrical shock risk, extreme heat (non-weather), and toxic or caustic chemicals.
• Operate in a loud work environment.

The Candidate

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED); or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and occasionally move up to 1000 pounds.
• Regularly required to stand, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and climb or balance.
• Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
• Must wear waterproof work boots with toe protection.
