Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech.? Vishay Siliconix Electronic Co., Ltd.is currently seeking applicants for a Production Operator. Responsible for operating assigned machines to achieve daily output with good product quality, keeping machines running well, recording data accurately, and following work instructions to maintain a safe working environment.

Vishay Siliconix Electronic Co., Ltd MOSFET product line includes a diverse range of advanced technologies. We are one of the pioneering corporations that invested in semiconductor packaging in Taiwan founded in 1974 with around 600 employees. It is very convenient to visit us through public transportation: bus lines and just 8 mins walk from Nanzih Export Processing Zone MRT station and 10 mins drive time from Zuoyang High speed rail station.

What you will be doing:

• Operate defined machines to achieve daily and period output targets.
• Produce good-quality products that meet specifications, including product monitoring, visual inspection by criteria and reject codes, and following ESD requirements to maintain product yield.
• Keep machine utilization high by completing daily check lists and performing simple troubleshooting.
• Enter records and key in data into the system correctly and accurately.
• Avoid producing extra wasted material and follow work instructions (WI) to minimize EHS hazards.
• Work closely with previous/next operations, supervisors, leaders, handlers, and the Maintenance and QC teams.

What you will bring along:

• Junior high school or high school graduate.
• No prior work experience required.
• Able to read basic English.
• Willing to learn machine operation, ESD, visual inspection criteria, and EHS knowledge.
