Hauptaufgaben:

o Manuelle Herstellung / Weiterverarbeitung Handbedienung und/oder Bedienung von halb- und

vollautomatischen Produktionsmaschinen zur Herstellung / Weiterverarbeitung von komplexen

Medizinprodukten, je nach Fachbereich teilweise per Computersteuerung

o Überwachung von Einstellparametern gemäß Spezifikationen

o Durchführung einfacher Reparatur-, Wartungs- und Umrüstarbeiten

o Beheben von technischen Problemen, Fehlerfindung und -lösung bei kostenbewusstem Umgang

mit Ersatzteilen

o Eskalation von technischen Störungen & Alarmmeldungen

o Qualitätssicherung und Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und ggf. Vollständigkeitsprüfungen

o Qualitätskonforme Erledigung von komplexen Auftrags- /Prozessdokumentationen, in

elektronischer Form sowie in Papierform

o Überwachung der Rohmaterialversorgung und ggf. Durchführung von Materialtransporten

o Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Chemikalien, je nach Fachbereich

o Mitarbeit an Verbesserungsprojekten (z.B. Kaizen)

o Weiterleitung aller relevanten Informationen bei Schichtwechsel, je nach Fachbereich und

technischem Anspruch

o Fördern von abteilungsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit, je nach Fachbereich und technischem

Anspruch
