• Estimated Hourly base pay: $21.15 (minimum) - $27.40 (midpoint) - $33.65 (maximum)

Key Responsibilities:

• Operations: Follows documented procedures, solves problems with known outcomes to meet standards, supports training of other members, and provides improvement opportunities to standard work. Flexes and supports the full product line in various processes/ capacities.·

Successful Candidates Typically Have:

• Proficiency in deburr operations·  
• Experience interpreting and reading blueprints and geometric dimensioning and tolerances·
• Experience with RCCA’s and working through non-conformances·
• Effective time management and organizational abilities·

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
