WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE 

As a Operations Director Automotive working from home, you will:

• Responsible for managing the performance across multiple automotive accounts; experience in the automotive industry is a huge plus in this role!
• Serve as a primary contact to our automotive clients; proactively discussing strategic initiatives, performance, sharing goals and objectives, etc.
• Identify performance related issues, develop an action plan for improvement, implement corrective action, up to and including termination of employment
• Ensure service delivered to our customers meets contractual Key Performance Indicator (KPIs’) and financial expectations
• Communicate expectations to employees and provide timely updates
• Conduct Team Meetings to ensure expedient communication of relevant information and as an open forum for input. Schedule and organize team activities
• Stay current on internal work processes, policies and procedures. Attend required manager development training
• Promote the Concentrix values through both behavior and attitude, including being an advocate for team members
• Deliver expert customer experiences…with a smile.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Your skills, integrity, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Operations Director Automotive (Remote) role include:

• 18 Years of age or older with a completed High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred in Business, Management, Operations, or related field.
• Experience within the automotive industry- Required
• 5-8+ years of progressive operational leadership experience.
• Experience partnering with clients to deliver exceptional experiences
• Strong financial acumen
• Experience with AI solutioning
• Flexibility & Ability to pivot based on changing priorities
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Ability to lead team in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting timelines on deliverable
• Ability to mentor, coach and provide direction
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule

• The base salary range for this position is $115,00.00- $140,000.00 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
