Operations Coordinator – Retromobile Sale

Dates: 1 November – 14 February 

Location: Paris

The Role  

The Operations Coordinator for the Retromobile sale supports Gooding Christie’s sale taking place at Porte de Versailles. The role ensures that the sale as a project runs smoothly, on time, and within budget. It will support various teams across Operations (Gallery Operations, Security and Service Operations).  

Key Responsibilities 

• Coordinates all vendors ahead of construction and sale production and ensures smooth communication.  

• Produces all internal documents relative to the organization of the event as well as internal communication channels.   

• Coordinates all staff present on site: schedules, accreditation, meals, special assistance, etc.  

• Coordinates all vendors present onsite during the event.  

• Ensures all necessary equipment is prepared and present onsite.  

• Finalises all necessary purchases ahead of the event.  

• All other tasks as assigned by Manager 

Required Skills & Experience 

• Proven project coordination skills.   

• Strong vendor management skills.  

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.  

• Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.  

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  

• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.  

Reporting Line: Gallery Operations Manager 

Compensation Range

Salary: 34,000 - 36,000 €

*Posted salary range does not include overtime pay.
