We are looking for people who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing administrative tasks. You'll be part of that team. What would your day-to-day look like?

• Support with the various administrative tasks that may arise daily within the department.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues in your department to help achieve company objectives.
• Communicate with customers by phone and email.
• Welcome and assist customers at reception.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and internal procedures.
• Scan and process documents related to shipments and goods.
• Carry out other tasks required to support the effective operation of the department.
• In short: be proactive and organized, and make a difference in your area of responsibility.

What do we expect from you?

• Intermediate level of English preferred.
• Fluency in Portuguese.
• Preferred qualification: completion of secondary education (12th grade or equivalent).
• Basic computer skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset.

08:00 - 13:00

16:30 - 21:30

• Porto (Monday to Friday)

09:00 - 14:00

15:00 - 20:00
