What’s the role

 

You will lead the end-to-end IT operations landscape across applications, infrastructure and digital services, partnering with business, delivery and technology teams to improve service reliability, resilience and user experience. The role also drives AI-enabled operations transformation by applying automation, generative AI, AI agents and intelligent monitoring to reduce manual effort and create a more proactive, efficient operations model.

 

What you’ll be doing

 

• Own the end-to-end IT operational landscape, aligning priorities, service performance and stakeholder expectations with business needs.
• Manage service governance, budgets, suppliers, contracts and commercial accountabilities to ensure reliable and cost-effective operations.
• Lead incident, problem, change and release management, focusing on root-cause elimination, resilience, risk, security and compliance.
• Ensure new and changed services are support-ready, with clear ownership, documentation, disaster recovery and business continuity readiness.
• Define and deliver a practical AI-enabled operations roadmap, including intelligent monitoring, predictive incident management, knowledge automation and automated remediation.
• Work with engineering and delivery teams to embed AI and automation into daily operations, measuring improvements in productivity, service quality, reliability and cost efficiency.

 

What you bring

 

You are an experienced technology operations professional who can manage complex enterprise services, influence stakeholders and turn emerging technology into measurable operational improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering or a related discipline, with at least 7 years’ experience in IT operations, service management or production operations.
• Practical experience managing enterprise application landscapes and improving service performance in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of service management practices; Information Technology Infrastructure Library certification is required.
• Good understanding of infrastructure, cloud platforms, identity and access management, networking and enterprise architecture.
• Experience working in agile delivery environments; Certified ScrumMaster or Scaled Agile Framework certification is required.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, supplier-management skills, and fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin.

 

The following AI, automation and digital operations experience would be an advantage:

• Experience with AIOps, observability or incident-management platforms such as Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk, Moogsoft or PagerDuty.
• Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate or similar AI and low-code automation tools.
• Exposure to intelligent workflows, large language models, AI agents, cloud platforms and automation-led service improvement.
• Background in site reliability engineering, platform operations, observability engineering, automation engineering or digital transformation.
