We have an immediate opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator (part-time temporary role) to assist with recruitment admin duties. The Recruitment Administrator will be responsible for providing overall recruitment administrative functions in Warsaw, Poland and beyond.

Who You'll Work With:

You will assist our Recruiting team as part of our Human Capital department that serves internal clients in Warsaw. You will work closely together coordinating recruitment processes for various departments, including Knowledge Services, Administrative Assistants, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Progressing candidates in the recruitment pipeline.
• Posting and maintaining job ads on multiple platforms.
• Assist in arranging job interviews.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written language skills in English (C1 or equivalent)
• Administrative experience and/or customer service in a corporate or professional services environment will be an asset
• Solid knowledge of MS Office
• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills; distinct quality mindset and attention to detail
