Job Summary
Estas actividades consistem na gestão e monitoria de transacções e pagamentos, garantindo que todas as instruções recebidas estejam em conformidade com os requisitos de processamento, através da validação de dados, contas, mandatos, assinaturas autorizadas e documentos de identificação. Incluem ainda o registo e submissão de instruções em sistema, tratamento de pagamentos rejeitados, acompanhamento de pagamentos processados via RTGS e ACH, análise de volumes e valores, identificação e resolução de pagamentos pendentes, realização de análises de causa raiz e planos de remediação, validação de imagens de cheques, monitoria de pagamentos salariais, processamento de devoluções a clientes, suporte às equipas de Front e Middle Office durante implementações e elaboração de relatórios estatísticos mensais para apoio à gestão e controlo operacional.Job Description
- Transaction monitoring - proactively manage milestones.
- Perform fit for processing checks to ensure the accurate processing of All Fit for Processing Applications received from the Branch - ensuring all information meets the required standards for all respective ABSA reporting model,
- Verify the associated account numbers in system against mandate and credential
- Verify the authenticity of ID and credentials based on authorized signatures
- Enter the details in ADEC and submit for approval
- Process rejected payments and confirm if its good for processing
- For processed payments, check in the RTGS or ACH and analyse the volume and values
- Validate the reason of outsading payments, and contact the responsible area for the appropriate remediation
- Do the root cause and remediation plan for oustading itens
- Ensure the amount at cheques images match with cheques file received.
- Monitor the salary payments
- Process the rejection to the customers account
- Provide Front & Middle office support – participate in implementation as support to the Front & Middle Office.
- Prepare the Monthly report (Statistics)
Education
Further Education and Training Certificate (FETC): Business, Commerce and Management Studies (Required)
