We are seeking an organised, proactive, professional, passionate and dedicated Office Manager to join our team in Marlborough.

This permanent, full-time position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our Estate office while providing administrative support to the Estate Director and wider leadership team.

About the Role

This is a varied and collaborative position responsible for:

• Managing the day-to-day operations of the Estate office
• Providing high-level administrative support to the Estate Director
• Coordinating meetings, events and travel arrangements
• Managing office services and facilities administration
• Supporting office processes and systems
• Assisting the wider leadership team with administrative and organisational support

• A practical, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
• Strong Microsoft Office, Outlook and Teams skills
• Experience with SAP, Concur or similar business systems would be advantageous
