Please note: this role is 100% in-office in San Francisco (891 Beach St).

As the Office Lead for our regional headquarters in San Francisco, you will oversee office operations to ensure we maintain Compass office standards and that employees, customers, and other guests enjoy their visit. • Maintain facility standards, security, and aesthetics by conducting daily quality-assurance walkthroughs, holding third-party vendors accountable for their scope of services, and coordinating office repairs/services.
  • Ensure cleanliness and overall organization across all office areas, including reception, conference rooms, the kitchen, storage, and general common areas.
  • Manage and execute the office's standard operating procedures and tracking processes (including budgeting, Procurement, Onboarding, etc.).
  • Manage internal communications, including office updates and newsletters in collaboration with others.
  • Partner with various members of the Workplace Operations team and other parts of Compass on special projects and initiatives.
  • Periodically serve as the face of the office by welcoming guests, managing mail distribution, answering phone calls to our main office line, and depositing commission checks when the Front Desk Coordinator is unavailable.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2-4  years of previous experience in events, customer service, office management, hospitality, or operations
